To create an ayudabet Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and active Philippine mobile number (+63 format). Providing false information — including falsifying your age — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) active ayudabet Account. Attempts to create duplicate, secondary, or replacement accounts — whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing a prior account suspension — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, ayudabet reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit any accumulated balances.
Age Verification: ayudabet will conduct age and identity verification as part of the KYC process. Until KYC is completed, withdrawal limits may apply. Where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, ayudabet will freeze the Account and return any unplayed deposits to the verified payment method.
By maintaining an ayudabet Account, you accept the following obligations and responsibilities:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ayudabet will never request your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify ayudabet support immediately via live chat.
You are required to keep your account information current and accurate at all times. Any change in your name, contact details, or payment method must be updated promptly through your account settings. Failure to maintain accurate account details may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension until verification is completed.
An Account that has not been logged into or used to place a wager for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be deemed "Inactive." ayudabet reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to Inactive Accounts in accordance with applicable law, with advance notice provided to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance that remain Inactive for twenty-four (24) consecutive months may be closed.
All accounts on ayudabet are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in alternative currencies, including cryptocurrency, will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit, as displayed in the deposit panel.

No Third-Party Transactions: You may not deposit funds on behalf of another person, nor may you request that a third party deposit funds into your Account. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. ayudabet reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits where third-party sourcing is identified.
ayudabet is not liable for failed transactions caused by factors outside its control, including but not limited to: payment processor outages, bank system downtime, insufficient funds in the payer's account, or network connectivity issues. Where a deposit is debited from your payment account but not credited to your ayudabet Wallet, you must contact ayudabet support within forty-eight (48) hours with your transaction reference number.
ayudabet offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing Users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.
Any attempt to exploit bonus terms through coordinated wagering strategies, matched betting, bonus arbitrage, or any technique designed to circumvent the genuine risk requirement of a promotion constitutes bonus abuse. Where bonus abuse is detected, ayudabet reserves the right to void all bonus funds, forfeit any associated winnings, and terminate the User's Account without liability.
Cashback Promotions: Where a cashback promotion is offered, cashback is calculated based on net losses during the promotional period. Cashback credits may be subject to wagering requirements as stated in the relevant promotion. Cashback is not applied retroactively to sessions prior to the promotion period.
